You can't just have one...
My 6 foot Giraffe, with Profile cranks(made by Tom Miller of The Unicycle Factory in 1991), 20" Muni (mountain unicycle), and 36er that I'll be riding for the event.

Here are my trusty unicycles. The 6 ft. Giraffe was custom made by Tom Miller at "The Unicycle Factory" in 1991. It has crossed many bridges, including the Cape Coral Bridge, and Sanibel Causeway (a friendly police officer pulled me over for that one!).

The 20" Mountain Unicycle is great for jumping around on rocks, going down stairs, and going down rough dirt trails.

The 36" Road Unicycle can do well off-road too, but it's best on the street. Depending on how fast you can spin, and what crank length you're running, you can do 20 MPH on this puppy. The custom disk brake rotor was designed by MountainUni.com, I was one of their product testers. Coupled with an Avid Juicy 5 hydraulic disc brake, it saves me from a lot of wrecks! The handlebars help to allow you to shift your weight, and apply more leverage on climbs. I know it all looks crazy, but these are all a blast to ride. No matter how old or young you are, I highly recommend learning to unicycle.
